Day one: 8:30am Tuesday March 6th, big day for Angle fans redeeming ticket vouchers for Freedom & Halo plans! This is the loooong line just for wrist bands! We had a white wrist band, number 895! We were not off to a good start. We were after the green bands....
Way too many fans!! Over 1,500 with
only 3 ticket windows open :o( We were some of the lucky fans
not to be turned away....until 4:30!
Day two; trying to get our tickets. (A much warmer day). Not as many people returned after the bad weather of day 1
and almost no line movement. It only took us 3 1/2 hr (in a line that started 2 hr after we arrived) to make it to the ticket window...only to be told not ONE of the seats we wanted for any of our 16 games were available, nothing even close. We ended up on the other side of the stadium.
Oh, well! We love our team!! Nothing says spring & summer like the sound of the ball in an Angles glove!
