Reindeer Bells!

Reindeer Bells; C1627 makes a nice card or stamps for a holiday layout! I embossed the Crystal Blue card stock with the Confetti; Z3118 folder. Then I sanded over the embossed images to bring out the white core of the card stock to create a look of falling snow. I then added a few Bitty Sparkles; Z1263 to high light the "snow flakes". Sooo cute!
I love the CTMH Water Color penciles! There are so many ways to use them. Here I colored, then used a water brush to blend it all...oh, the black was done by dipping the black pencil into the water then coloring.
