Heat Warnings...

June 30, 2013 Pasadena, California. There were heart warning all over California......my family is signed up to run in the Pasadena Marathon! And we did!

 I had only 3+ more miles to go in my 10K, the guys ran a 5K while Sara took on the half!

                                       Everyone should do a 5K at least once!  :o)
