Have you tried the
new Black Tulle Ribbon found on page 124 of the Fall/Winter Idea book/catalog? There is so much you can make with it! It comes in 10 yards, 3 inches wide. Here I folded it, created a ruffle effect then stitched it on my sewing machine. Be sure to add it to your order list for next month :o)
