Recently I was able to squeeze in some "me time" I went to work working on Tim Holtz's Texture Fade  Techniques. This can be found in his book; A Compendium of Curiosities Volume 2.  If you have not started your technique (tag) journal or tried out any of the new trendy inky techniques, take some "time off"-have fun creating!

The other night at club we all had a lot of fun making this cute card. It is a 4 x 4 tri-fold. Simple and to the point  :o)

Quick shell card!

Quick Card-Shell; A1128. Lagoon ink and card stock. Washi tape;  z1817 and sparkles all make a great quick & simple card.

One of today's new trends is to go simple....The top card is a little above simple with the use of layers added (LOL) In the card below I added sparkles to the buttons using CTMH Liquid Glass. I also added a little more color with a Sorbet card stock gear cut from the Artiste Cricut Cartridge.

One of the current trends I have been seeing a lot of is what I call "Simple-easy style cards"  This one I did "step it up" by layering.
Idea adapted from another CTMH consultant.

Just Chillin' "split" card

Need a change from the same ol' thing? Then try creating your card scene, then splitting it into three sections. Add a little Washi Tape and some Bakers Twine. Then fill in one of the stamped images with your water brush. WaLa! One cute card.

Sad, Sad Day!

Yesterday was a sad day as I carried my disabled Cricut to the trash can at the curb....I really hope the new E2 Provo Craft sent me works better  :o)
(Yes, that is the drive belt they had me cut out)
